Position: Screen Print Support

Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Location: New Bern, NC

What You’ll Do

Sort and organize garments for screen printing
Stage orders by sizing, color, and print sequence
Prepare materials for production (counting, tagging, labeling, boxing)
Assist press operators with loading/unloading shirts
Maintain a clean, efficient print area
Check finished products for quality and accuracy
Help with inventory restocking and general shop duties

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Is reliable, punctual, and able to work on their feet
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Can lift boxes of garments (25–40 lbs)
Has a positive attitude and works well with a team
